How It Works

Complimentary Consultation
We discuss your vision, style, and goals, covering:

  • Artistic inspiration, themes, and color palettes.
  • Size, placement, and project specifics.

You'll receive a no-obligation price estimate.

Concept Development
After deciding to proceed, Simba refines your idea with a rough concept and one complimentary revision.

Design & Approval
Simba presents two detailed design options with up to two revisions. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to begin.

Creation & Delivery
Simba brings your artwork to life, providing updates throughout. Delivery and installation (if needed) are included in the final price.

Pricing & Payment

All commissions are priced based on project size, complexity, and materials. The payment schedule is as follows:

  • 10% Deposit: Starts the design process.
  • 50% Deposit: Moves the project to production after final design approval.
  • 40% Final Payment: Paid upon completion before delivery.

Additional Details

Commissioned pieces remain the intellectual property of the artist. Simba Pérez (STHESIMBA Fine Arts) reserves the right to reproduce any commissioned work as prints or in future collections.
